Shout Opens Jan 18th! Check out our new office hours below.

Forward any questions/comments to shout.services@gmail.com.

How to find us: We are located in the Neufeld Computer Lab.  To find our office, head over to the Neufeld Science Centre and go downstairs, then all the way down to the north wing (near Faculty and Seal Kapp house).  An alternative and more direct route is to enter the door from outside in the north wing of the building.

Frustrated by computer problems? SHOUT can help! SHOUT students volunteer their time to serve other TWU students for free! They offer whatever technical experience they have to help you get rid of viruses, install software or network cards, rescue data off bad disks and a tonne of other things. They aren't employed by University Technology Services, but do this on their own time, so please be patient with them because they have papers and exams too! (Rumour has it they like cookies.)

Where is the SHOUT office?

Shout has moved its office to the Neufeld Computer Lab.  When entering the lab, look for us in the room at the back.  Don't forget to check out our office schedule first!

Join the Team!
We are always looking for people willing to join the team. If you are comfortable with computer troubleshooting and/or possess a fair amount of knowledge in software applications like Microsoft Office 2003-7, Adobe Photoshop/Flash/InDesign, or iMovie and would like to plug into a student ministry that helps many people each year, drop by the SHOUT office during office hours to get an application.  We also offer training for those who just want to learn!

Virus Scanners and Ad Removal
University Technology Services requires that all computers be equipped with anti virus software prior to connecting to the University network. You can get a licensed (& free!) version of AVG anti-virus and Ad-Aware anti-spyware from the SHOUT team during office hours.  As well, we can install for you a powerful and free word processor called OpenOffice for you at no charge!

If you have a question about SHOUT, need help with a computer issue, or are interested in volunteering with SHOUT, please e-mail us at SHOUT.services@gmail.com.

SHOUT is a ministry that shares computer knowledge with Christ-like integrity to encourage, advise, and assist the TWU community so that members can grow in servanthood.
