Flu Shots..If you missed the Flu Clinic it is not too late.
A limited number of shots available in the Wellness Centre
Phone 604-513-2024 to make an appointment.
The TWU Wellness Centre will offer free shots to all eligible individuals (visit ImmunizeBC.ca to find out if you are eligible for a free flu shot).
TWU employees are offered flu shots covered by HR. Pay-per shots are also available at a cost of $20. Please bring your Provincial Care Card with you.

One hundred years ago, infectious diseases were the leading cause of death worldwide. In Canada, they now cause less than 5% of all deaths – thanks to immunization programs across the country.
TWU offers a number of vaccinations. To make an appointment to discuss your immunization history and your present needs with our nurse, please give us a call at 604-513-2024.
Provincial medical insurance covers many routine vaccinations e.g. Tetanus and MMR, (Measles, Mumps Rubella)
Fees for Vaccinations not covered by provincial medical insurance:
| Hepatitis A | $60 per dose (2 doses required) |
| Hepatitis A +B | $65 per dose (3 doses required) |
| Meningitis | $150 per dose |
| TB skin test | $20 |
| Seasonal Flu Shot | $20 (annually) |
Travel immunizations can be done at: Fraser Valley Travel Clinic or International Travel Health and Vaccination Clinic
