Enrolment Deposits

Undergraduate Enrolment Deposits

The following deposit(s) is required of new and re-enrolling students prior to accessing course registration through our Online Registration. The deposit will be credited towards tuition fees. Re-enrolling students are returning students who have not been in attendance at the University for one semester or more:

  • Commuter Deposit: $200
  • Resident Deposit: $400
  • Nursing Program Deposit: $500
  • 5th year Education Deposit: additional $200

Deposits are fully refundable if notice of cancellation of enrolment is received no later than June 1 for the Fall semester and November 1 for the Spring semester. After June 1/ November 1 the entire deposit will be forfeited if the student does not enroll for the deposited semester.

ACTS and Graduate Studies Enrolment Deposits

The following deposit is required of new students prior to accessing course registration through our Online Registration. The deposit will be credited towards tuition fees. The deposit should be paid as soon as possible to have the best choice of courses. 

  • ACTS Enrolment Deposit: $200
  • School of Graduate Studies Enrolment Deposit: $300

Deposits are fully refundable if notice of cancellation of enrolment is received no later than one month prior to the commencement of classes. After this, the entire deposit will be forfeited if the student does not enroll for the deposited semester.
