Degree Completion Verification
Apply for a final graduation audit and inform us that you have finished your degree requirements. 

Diploma Reprint
Request a replacement copy of your degree parchment.  

Parking Pass
Apply for an Alumni parking pass.

Re-enrolment Application
Apply for re-enrollment to the University if you have been away for a semester or longer.  

Tax Form View and Print (Current year and previous years to 2005)
View and print your Government tax forms from the student’s personal portal (user name and password required).   Contact registrar@twu.ca for access assistance.

Tax Form Reprint (2004 and previous years to 2000)
Order replacement Government tax forms.  

Transcript Request
View unofficial and order official transcripts online.

Transfer Credit Letter of Permission
Apply to transfer credits from another institution to Trinity Western University.
