Gowns

Gowns can be picked up at the church following the Graduation rehearsal.  Your Application to Graduate ensures that a gown has been ordered for you with the measurements you provided on the Application.

Invitations

If you submitted your Application to Graduate by the July 15 deadline, you will receive two invitations to Convocation through the mail by mid-September.  If you would like to receive additional invitations for your family or for guests, please send your request to Diane Beaton.

Announcements

TWU does not provide graduation announcements. We suggest contacting a local printer to have your announcements created.

Photography

Professional photographers from The Artona Group will be present on convocation day to photograph students during and after the ceremony.  All students are photographed twice while on stage. Each student will receive proofs of these images in the mail approximately 2 weeks after the ceremony. A password will also be included with these proofs, for online image viewing and ordering at www.artonagroup.com. If you wish to purchase on convocation day, please visit the Artona booth immediately after the ceremony to see your images.
Artona will also be available to photograph individuals, families, groups, and couples after the ceremony with their mobile studio setup. No appointment is needed, photos are taken on a first come first serve basis.
