The following are a few of the attractions Ottawa has to offer; many are in walking distance of the LLC.

  • Parliament Hill
    The Parliament buildings and grounds are a must-see for every LLC student. You may even intern in East block, Centre block, or West block. The view from the Peace Tower and the library is incredible.
  • Rideau Hall
    Visit the historic residence and office of Canadas Governor Generalthe place where monarchs and dignitaries are officially welcomed, and Canadians are honored.

  • Canadian War Museum

  • The Supreme Court of Canada
    The General Court of Appeal created in 1875 has a national jurisdiction and hears approximately 100 appeals a year. The building which now has historical designation is located west of the Parliament buildings.
