TWU Choir Singing at Olympiad
TWU choirs raised their voices this past spring at the 2008 Cultural Olympiad — a celebration of Canada’s cultural diversity as part of Vancouver’s preparation for the 2010 Olympic Games.
Invited by the Vancouver Chamber Choir along with the CBC Radio Orchestra, the TWU Chamber Choir, and TWU singers participated in the seven-week long showcase performing Puccini’s Messa di Gloria and Pergolesi’s Stabat Mater at Vancouver’s prestigious Orpheum Theatre.
