Orienteering
Have you ever wondered if you and your team were on the right track? ORIENTEERING allows you to discover the importance of knowing where you are and where you need to go. Our program teaches groups to be alert and aware of their surroundings, to formulate and execute plans, and to make quick decisions as a group. It also encourages teams to discover their unique strengths as they work together in competition with other teams to accomplish a series of tasks. With any of the program options, your team will walk away with a shared, distinctive learning experience and loads of fun.
Orienteering Race
At Omada, we offer two types of orienteering races: point-to-point and rogaine. In point-to-point orienteering, your teams must visit a series of co-ordinates in a specific order to correctly complete the challenge. In rogaine orienteering, different co-ordinates have different point values and are not visited in any particular order.
Orienteering races are a great way to improve team efficiency, have fun, and learn valuable co-operation skills in a friendly yet competitive environment.
GPS Scavenger Hunt
Our GPS scavenger hunt is a fun-filled challenge that requires speedy decision-making, alertness, and team cohesion. Using handheld GPS units, roaming teams communicate with home base via cell phones and find information at various GPS co-ordinates. Other factors thrown into the mix create an exciting game with opportunities for everyone to participate.
