What makes our program unique? We provide a Christian approach to teambuilding, one that seeks to place Christ at the center of relationships and encourages people to respect and value those around them. We also develop leaders based on a servant leadership model. As well, our professionally trained staff use a process called experiential learning to help group members reflect on the activities and thus gain a greater understanding of both themselves and others.
Through a combination of fun games, physical and intellectual challenges, and shared experiences that require teamwork and trust, your group grows closer together and learns to communicate in practical ways. Rather than just hearing about teamwork principles, you can learn in a hands-on environment.
We offer a range of options to accommodate time and cost limitations, group sizes, age ranges, goals, and personal preferences. With dragonboating, ropes courses, orienteering, and more, we can customize a program that suits your group. You are also free to choose from one of the numerous packages we offer.
