Every Omada Teambuilding event is individually tailored to suit the group's specific needs and desires. That means all of your activities are directly relevant to this year's group of missionaries, students, board members or ministry team and you'll never have the same experience twice.
Create a program that includes both high and low elements, or tell us about the needs of your group and let our advisors shape a program that caters to your specific objectives. With a wide variety of activities ranging from ropes courses to dragon-boating and orienteering, we can accommodate a variety of age groups and levels of experience. We can also come to you or a facility of your choosing.
Churches
We can help Boards, Pastors and Lay staff:
- Predict possible problems associated with particular situations
- Support the group in embracing co-operative decisions
- Teach individuals and the core group how to revise their goals in response to change
- Help identify factors that affect and impact the individual's personal potential
- Classify and utilize transferable skills that arise from recreational activities, cultural experience, sports, or other extra-curricular activities and interests.
- Help teach how each person can examine how other people influence individual attitudes and behaviors
- Assist in identifying usable knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed in the life of your church member

HOW LONG: short day (1-4 hours), long day (4-8 hours), and multi-day programs
WHERE: Trinity Western University or at your choice of location including church retreats
