We will put your team through a series of survival challenges in the snow to see how well they can communicate ideas, problem solve and work together in challenging situations. Challenge your group on an orienteering course on snow! Your group will compete in teams against each other as they find their way through a course with a map and compass. Experience true exploration surrounded by tall trees and snowy terrain. Surprise challenges will increase the intensity for your team, and you must work together to finish the course. It’s your chance to have your very own mini Amazing Race! In the classroom we will use the map and compass to do one of two things: we will help you review your own company’s mission statement and core values, or we will help each member of your company develop their own personal mission statement and core values. The time on the orienteering course will create a clear analogy to help everyone understand the importance of these tools.
