Touch of Home Terms and Conditions

All sales are final.  Should the intended gift be unsuitable for the recipient, an exchange of equal value may be made for unopened gifts, upon request to the Parent Relations Office (parents@twu.ca). 

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform the university of any allergies, dietary restrictions or other restrictions which the gift recipient may have. 

The Parent Relations Office will inform the student of the gift's availability via their TWU student email account and, where possible, via residence room telephone, cell phone, or social media network email.  It is the responsibility of the gift recipient to pick up their gift from the Student Life Office in the Reimer Student Centre.
