Welcome Admitted Students!
We are excited to have you join our campus community! In order to confirm your spot at Trinity Western for the Fall semester, please complete the following steps by the appropriate deadline.
1) Submit your enrolment deposit
The enrolment deposit reserves your spot and is credited towards your first tuition payment. The amounts are $200 for commuting students and $400 for resident students. The enrolment deposit can be paid by cheque, secure online visa payment, or other methods. They are fully refundable till June 1.
Nursing students: You will be informed about admission into the nursing program at the beginning of April. Once you are admitted to the Nursing program, an additional $500 deposit must be paid to hold your spot in the program.
2) Apply for financial aid
In order to be eligible for awards other than your academic scholarship, you will need to submit a financial aid application. The application for the 2012-2013 academic year is now open.
3) Apply for housing
If you plan to live on campus, you will need to submit a housing application. Roommate assignments will be determined in July. In the meantime, you can check out the housing info page.
4) Register for classes
Course registration for the fall semester begins May 15. Only students who have paid their enrolment deposit can register for classes. See the registration webpage for more information on course registration and to view the 2012 Course Registration Guide.

American Students: To complete your FASFA, please carefully follow the instructions at the Financial Aid website.
5) Send official final transcripts to TWU

6) Confirm your TWU awards
To apply your TWU awards towards your payment, take a few moments to confirm your awards online.
Note: If you are expecting a Canadian Student Loan and would like to apply it towards your first payment, send (fax, email, or mail) a copy of your "Notification Of Assessment" or "Letter of Loan Confirmation to the Office of the Registrar. If your loan is not enough to cover all of your tuition and fees for the semester, you will be required to pay 50% of the remaining balance up front.
7) Make your first tuition payment
The first tuition payment for the fall semester is due Friday, August 3, 2012. Once your payment is received, you will be fully registered in your classes.
8) Attend Orientation Week 2012
Orientation Week is a great tradition for all new students and will help prepare you for a successful transition to TWU. O-week begins Saturday, September 1, 2012.
American Students: Upon your arrival to TWU for Orientation week, you will need to acquire a study permit at the point of entry when you arrive in Canada. Once you arrive on campus, we will help you sign up for mandatory health insurance.
