Enrolment Deposits

Resident students

Please complete the housing application form (found on your Accepted Student card) and submit it with your $400 deposit. This deposit allows you to register for classes, and secures your space in housing. Housing will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis, so apply early to ensure a space for the fall.
Please note: TWU believes residential living enhances the students’ educational, spiritual and emotional development. Therefore, all single students under 21 years of age must live in residence unless living with their parents or legal guardians. Contact your admissions counsellor for more information.

Commuter students

Please complete the commuter form (found on your Accepted Student card) and submit it with your $200 deposit. This deposit allows you to register for classes.

Nursing students

Nursing students are required to submit an additional deposit of $150 to secure a space in the Nursing department. This deposit must be submitted by May 1.

First payment

The enrolment deposit holds your course registration and housing (if applicable) until August 3 (fall enrolment) or December 1 (spring enrolment). At that time, your first payment must be received in order to hold your course selection and housing until you arrive in September or January.

Student loans and half of any annual TWU awards may be used towards this payment. If you plan to use student loans to cover your first payment, apply for them before June 1st.
