Flight Reimbursement Program

Attend a Preview Weekend and if you decide to enrol at TWU in the fall, we will cover up to $500 of your flight costs!

Areas of Eligibility

Canada

Northern BC & Cariboo Chilcotin Coast Region: up to $300

Alberta residents: up to $300

Saskatchewan & Manitoba residents: up to $400

Ontario, Quebec & Eastern Canadian residents: up to $500

United States

American residents: up to $300

There will be free airport pick up and drop off at the Vancouver International Airport (YVR) at 5pm and 9pm, as well as the Abbotsford International Airport (YXX) at 6pm. Pick up must be pre-arranged with the Admissions Office one week prior to Preview Weekend. Requirements for Eligibility 

There are a few rules you need to follow in order to be eligible for your reimbursement. There won't be any exceptions, so please read carefully!

1. Bring in your flight voucher and and submit it during registration at Preview Weekend. 

2. Students must be residents of the provinces/states listed above, and be currently in Grade 11 or 12, or a college student interested in transferring to TWU.

3. Register and participate for Preview Weekend on February 17-18 or March 16-17.

4. Students must be enrolled in full-time studies (12 semester hours) for the fall semester and the amount will be credited to their account at the end of September.
