People who view the website (www.twu.ca) can do so with any browser made since 2001 (which what almost everyone has these days.)
However, to edit pages in Website Author, it's best to use Firefox or Internet Explorer 7. Internet Explorer 6 doesn't work. (It doesn't support PNG images or some of the advanced CSS used in Website Author.)
Here are their icons for easy distinction:

You can download Firefox at www.mozilla.com.
Staff and Faculty have automatic access to the Website Author home page at www.twu.ca/author. However, you also need access to individual folders in order to edit pages, upload assets, and otherwise use Website Author. If you don't have access to a folder, you'll get an error message with instructions on how to get access.
Students and contractors requiring access to Website Author will need to be added to a special group (called Website Editors) in order to gain access to Website Author, and then they need to get access to the folders as well. File a helpdesk request to have this done.
To log in, just go to www.twu.ca/author and then use your TWU Pass account to sign in. Once you're in, you'll have access to view tutorial videos and work with the website.
