• Q: Does Website Author replace twuAUTHOR?
  A: Yes, twuAUTHOR is no longer be aviailable.
• Q: I've used twuAUTHOR in the past. Will I have to learn a new system?
  A: Website Author is designed to be very similar to twuAUTHOR (in all the good aspects) - you'll still have the same folders and pages you had before, but now they will be quicker to work with and people new to the system will have fewer quirks to learn.
• Q: Why are we changing website editors?
  A: twuAUTHOR served its purpose in helping more people get involved in editing www.twu.ca, but it had technical constraints that made it very difficult to fix the problems with it. (There are many!) Website Author will be much simpler to correct as needed and will adapt to fit more purposes as the website continues to evolve.
• Q: How do I get access to Website Author?
  A: You may already have access - first go to www.twu.ca/author. If you don't have access, fill out a Helpdesk request under "Aqueduct Software / Aqueduct Website Author."
