TWU's BA Leadership program equips you to make a meaningful difference in your workplace, organization, and home.

More than ever before, strong leadership is needed across every industry and sector. Organizations of all types and sizes are calling for employees and volunteers who know how to effectively mobilize and motivate their greatest resource: people. Because of this, the study of Leadership is a perfect fit for those seeking an exciting and relevant topic in which to invest their time and energy.

Learning how to motivate colleagues, work well in team environments, manage conflict, and lead authentically makes for dynamic classroom discussions that apply immediately to your workplace, organization, or home.
