Career assessments are used in the career exploration process to help individuals understand how different attributes, such as personality, strengths, interests, values and skills, contribute to job satisfaction.

The Career and Professional Development Office offers many assessment options.  In your initial appointment with your Career Counsellor, you will spend time exploring your goals in order to determine which assessments and resources would best help you reach your goals.

VIPS Career Assessment

The VIPS Career Assessment explores four areas relevant to career development: values, skills, career interests, and personality.

Calling Cards

Based on the Holland Codes of work personality environments, Calling Cards help users identify their gifts, passions and values within the context of career exploration.
