Career assessments are used in the career exploration process to help individuals understand how different attributes, such as personality, strengths, interests, values and skills, contribute to job satisfaction. 

The Personal and Career Development Office offers many assessment options.  In your initial appointment with your Career Counsellor, you will spend time exploring your goals in order to determine which assessments and resources would best help you reach your goals.

Calling Cards

Based on the Holland Codes of work personality environments, Calling Cards help users identify their gifts, passions and values within the context of career exploration.

CLIFTONStrengths for Students

This tool helps you identify your own natural talents – the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that come naturally to you. Knowing your talents, you can build them into strengths to achieve academic, career, and personal success.
