*A student who continues in a position from the first year with the same job responsibilities qualify for the second year rate. (This is not based on how many years the student has been at TWU or how many credits they have earned.) Each position carries only one increase (after the first year).

**The hourly rates recorded on the students’ contracts should match on their time sheets. Vacation pay is now calculated on the gross and paid on regular pay days and will show up on the employee’s pay stub on a separate line instead of being included in the hourly rate.
