Meet Our Coaches

Travis Kascak

My name is Travis Kascak. I am a fourth-year biology major, and this is my third year as a well-being ambassador. I am from Penticton B.C. and love exploring the outdoors and hiking both at home and around Vancouver.

Tirzah

Hey everyone, this is Tirzah. I am an MA Leadership student from Hong Kong, a metropolitan city famous for its Dim Sum! Tirzah means “delight,” which matches my Chinese name 樂 (“joy”). I am passionate about everything related to music (listening, singing, and playing), I also love travelling and meeting friends from different cultures—that’s why I am here in Canada. If you meet me on campus, don’t hesitate to come and say hi.

Brin Young

Hello! My name is Brin Young. I am a fourth-year education student minoring in English and inclusive education. I am the fitness and well-being coordinator for Recreation this year, which is a role that combines two of my passions. I teach REFIT, which is a dance fitness class, and I love it! I am super excited to help out TWU students with their well-being journey.
