New Students

Welcome to Trinity Western University's Langley Campus’s Housing Information. We are thrilled that you are interested in living on campus and being part of the Trinity Western University community. At Trinity Western University we greatly value what living in community can offer the educational experiences of our students.

We understand that making the decision to live on campus can be an exciting and sometimes difficult process, but we are here to help you every step of the way. Therefore, please take some time to look through our housing options and information. If you have questions please contact your admission counsellors or fill out a help desk and we would be happy to give you more information.

We thank you for taking the time to look through our information and look forward to the possibility of having you join us on campus.

How to Apply

You must do four things to be assigned to campus housing:

1. Apply to TWU

If you haven’t already done so, please complete your TWU application process. For new student info please go to https://www.twu.ca/apply-twu.

2. Submit a $500 Housing Deposit

Housing deposit of $500 should be paid to the student account (or allocated by the Office of the Registrar for international students) prior to the application submission.

Housing deposit is held until the student has withdrawn from the University or graduates, and they can see the credit at the bottom of their statement.

3. Submit an Online Housing Application

  • Access the online application via the student portal or go to https://ics.twu.ca/ics.
  • Enter username and password
  • Select “Housing” in the top menu bar
  • Select “Housing Application”
  • If you have forgotten your username or password, please contact your Admissions Counsellor.

4. Upload your photo

Upload a photo for your student ID card, which also acts as your meal and library card, gym pass and most importantly access to your resident building. Sending us your photo before you arrive in September or January ensures your ID card is ready when you arrive on Orientation Day.

Note: The photo needs to be similar to what's required for a passport photo in a JPEG or PNG format.  The photo must be a clear shot of your head and shoulders facing the camera (no sunglasses or hats).  Blurry photos will not be accepted.
