Under the direction of conductor Dr. Joel Tranquilla, TWU Director of Choral Activities, this annual favourite features TWU’s Concert Choir, Chamber Choir, Chamber Singers, and Masterworks Chorus in a musical celebration to usher in the festive season.

Concert Highlights:

  • solos by TWU voice instructor Alison Nystrom, soprano
  • performance of Francis Poulenc’s Gloria
  • works by composers Jeff Enns, Timothy Corlis, John Rutter, and Jonathan Dove
  • traditional carols and audience singalongs.

“Our annual Christmas at the Chan Centre concert is a collaborative gift to the wider community from the Chan family, the Chan Centre for the Performing Arts, and Trinity Western University.
