Classes resume: Classes on Friday November 26 will resume as usual for Langley and Richmond campuses.

Upcoming class resumption

As a follow-up to yesterday’s notice, Trinity Western University is announcing that classes on Friday November 26 will resume as usual, for Langley and Richmond campuses.

TWU continues to follow the B.C. weather situation closely. We will provide further updates to our community as the need arises.

Care for our student community

For those students who are directly impacted by the effects of this storm, flooding, and especially state(s) of emergency, please know that our prayers are with you and your loved ones. If your situation is such that you are not able to attend class, this is fully understandable; your safety and well-being are paramount. In that case, please contact your professors directly, as you are able, regarding your specific situation. This will help professors to plan and respond accordingly with care and grace. We will continue to monitor the situation. Any updates will be noted on this site.

Please note that our B.C. campuses in  Langley and Richmond are safe and fully operational; there is no immediate concern for campus residents, staff or faculty.

Class cancellation policy

In the event of any further disruptions due to extreme weather conditions, alerts will be posted on the alerts banner on the TWU homepage (TWU.ca) and on the TWU bulletin line (604) 513.2147. The TWU homepage and bulletin line are the primary sources of information about class and/or exam cancellations in accordance with the University's Class Cancellation PolicyShould there be conflicting reports regarding class cancellations, the TWU website and bulletin are to be considered correct.
