Records

TWU has now joined the era of eRecords. TWU is partnered with MyCreds™ to issue digitally certified documents to students and alumni. Students can sign in to their Student Portal (link: ics.twu.ca) and request eRecords, which will be delivered via MyCreds™ portal. From there, students can view and share their records with other institutions, employers, government agencies, etc. Students can control who can see their records and for how long their records will be available online for access. Receiving parties or institutions can receive and verify records in a variety of ways.

If you are wondering what is an eRecord, it is your certified electronic or digital equivalent of an official paper-based document. Students and alumni can order an eTranscript, eDegree, eCertificate, Verification of Enrollment eLetter (or travel letter), Verification of Graduation eLetter and other customized records.
