Russell Stendal is an American who has spent most of his life in Colombia. He was abducted and held by the leftist FARC rebel movement on five separate occasions. Later, he went on to promote reconciliation between the government and the FARC. A recent peace agreement brought an end to the long conflict in Colombia. Come and hear his story and the remarkable insights he has into the link between religious freedom and reconciliation.
Sponsored by the Religion, Culture, and Conflict Research Group at TWU.
