Q: What excites you the most about living on campus as an RD?
I am most excited about the opportunity it provides me to develop deeper relationships with students! There is something unique about living amidst the community you work with, as it allows me to get to know students in the casual moments, such as passing someone in the parking lot or when throwing out the garbage. I also love having students over for coffee and welcoming them into a home away from home!
Q: If you could take a group of TWU students anywhere in the world to do anything, where would you go and what would you do?
I would want to take students on a multi-day hike, like the Juan de Fuca or West coast trail! Lots of opportunity for good conversation and growth moments!
Q: What is your favorite hobby or activity?
My favorite hobby is finding simple and fun ways to spend time with friends…an evening drive to Vancouver for a swim, a campfire by the river or going to a new restaurant are among my current favorites!
