Jordan Mayer grew up in Peace River, Alberta. He graduated from Concordia University of Edmonton in 2014 and has been teaching elementary school students ever since. In 2016, he moved to Port Coquitlam with his wife, Stephanie and has remained on staff at Hope Lutheran Christian School as a Grade 1 teacher and PE specialist. This past summer (2021), he obtained his Masters of Education degree in the field of Imaginative Education from Simon Fraser University. Jordan is passionate about helping children fall in love with learning and showing them that the world is a wonderful place.

In 2012, I graduated from Concordia with a 3-year Bachelor of Arts degree (Major: Religious Studies / Minor: Physical Education). In 2014, I graduated with a 2-year Bachelor of Education After degree. In the summer of 2021, I completed a Masters of Education degree in the field of Imaginative Education.
