Biography

My name is Patricia and I am in the process of completing my MA in Counselling Psychology at TWU. I practice from a person-centered and relational lens that is informed by existential and attachment theories. My aim for our time together is to create a non-judgmental space where you feel seen and heard. Through trust and collaboration, I hope you can find healing, acceptance and meaning in your identity and your experiences. It would be an honour to walk alongside you in this journey.

I have a passion for crafting, including scrapbooking, knitting, and most recently embroidery. I love to go for walks/hikes, collect post cards and I probably spend too much time on Netflix. Recently, I have been enjoying spikeball and volleyball.
