The MA in Leadership degrees are offered with two foundational curriculum themes – Transformational Servant Leadership and Values Based Leadership. Our degree program is designed to develop emerging leaders using the Competency Model to become confident and effective servant leaders for the 21st Century.

TWU MA TESOL alumni contribute to the educational world as teachers, materials developers, teacher-trainers, and administrators in English programs for both adults and youth in a variety of international and local contexts.
Those with public school teaching credentials will also benefit from the MA TESOL to become specialists in teaching ELLs locally or in teaching EFL in primary and secondary schools worldwide.

It specifically focuses on such themes of cultural formation as: humanity's purpose in the world; the values, traditions, mores, and belief systems that inform personal and corporate relationships; and the context within which communities function.
This 36 semester hour MA program may be completed in four semesters or over several years on a part-time basis.
Graduates are well prepared to pursue doctoral studies in counselling or clinical psychology and to work professionally in a variety of settings.
