Fitness Classes are live!  After rigorous health and safety approval, fitness classes are now open for sign-up. 

Recreation provides a wide range of fitness classes.  Classes are open to anyone and require no prior experience.  You can sign up for a single class or save time and money and sign up for the whole semester.

Students, staff/faculty, alumni & community members are all welcome. 

Students rates for fitness classes are among the lowest in the lower mainland of BC.

Staff/faculty & alumni also received discounted rates for all fitness classes.
