Rec Services provides fitness offerings for everyone from the first time class goer to the seasoned attender. Classes are for students, staff/faculty, alumni & community members. We hope to provide an environment that is encouraging and challenging not just from a physical perspective but also from a spiritual one as well.

Students receive a highly subsidized rate to attend fitness classes as part of their Recreation Enhancement Fee.

Staff/faculty & alumni received preferred rates for all fitness classes. These rates are shown when you register for classes online.

Fitness Class Offerings:

  • 30 Minute Abs
  • 30 Minute Circuit
  • Bootcamp
  • Yoga/Pilates
  • Zumba

Rec Services also offers Taekwondo classes for students, staff/faculty & alumni interested in participating.
