This FREE program is meant to assist those wanting to improve themselves in the areas of Sleep, Nutrition, Physical Activity, Psycho/Social, Giving/Serving, and Contemplative/Spiritual. Think of this journey as personal training for the whole person.

Katie Roos

My name is Katie Roos, and I am currently going into my fourth year at Trinity. I am taking Human Kinetics. I have three sisters as well as one brother and live in Kaleden BC, which is just outside of Penticton BC in the Okanagan. Something that I really enjoy is watching and playing hockey. This year I am super excited to be a part of our new wellbeing coaching program here at Trinity, I am looking forward to working with students to help them in their journey at Trinity and in their wellbeing journey. 

Travis Kascak

My name is Travis Kascak, I am going into my second year here at Trinity and am part of the biology pre-medicine program. I have one older brother and am from Penticton BC. One thing that I love to do in my spare time is play basketball. I am really looking forward to playing a role in Trinity’s new wellbeing coaching program as helping others better themselves is something I am very passionate about.
