Jazz Night

SAMC Vocal Jazz Ensemble & the Mat Kim Combo

Featuring contemporary vocal arrangements of standards from the 1920s and '30s, such as "Blue Skies", "It Had to be You", and "Night and Day", as well as Michael Bublé's "Haven't Met You Yet". The instrumental combo will play classic bebop and modal jazz pieces by Miles Davis, Horace Silver, Thelonious Monk, and others, as well as new pieces by TWU student composers Joshua Tanuwijaya and Mat Kim.
