The Fitness Studio is on the second floor of the Enarson Gymnasium. It is a large room where the Athletic Facilities hosts a variety of Group Fitness classes. We have spin, yoga, cardio and core, high intensity interval training and even taekwondo classes that students, staff and community can register for on the TWU Recreation website.
It can be divided into two rooms with two separate sound systems. This is advantageous so we can have a Bootcamp class on one side and a Zumba class on the other.
Also, The Fitness Studio has hosted a variety of Day Camps, Open Mic Events, Training Camps, Omada Team Building events, and Multiple Conferences.
