The Fitness Studio is on the second floor of the Enarson Gymnasium. It is a large room where the Athletic Facilities hosts a variety of Group Fitness classes. We have Zumba, Yoga, Kick Boxing, Bootcamp, Dance, and Pilates classes that students, staff and community can register for on the TWU Recreation website. – website button
It can be divided into two rooms with two separate sound systems. This is advantageous so we can have a Bootcamp class on one side and a Zumba class on the other.
Also, The Fitness Studio has hosted a variety of Day Camps, Open Mic Events, Training Camps, Omada Team Building events, and Multiple Conferences.
