Work with a team alongside Habitat for Humanity, a non-profit organization that partners with cities around the world to break the cycle of poverty. Play your part in building affordable housing for low-income families, bringing them hope for a brighter future. There is a massive project underway involving over 100 homes for families in need. The team will travel to the Coachella Valley, California and volunteer for four days with the local Habitat for Humanity affiliate. Assisting with their current projects. Prior to the experience the team will have the opportunity to explore Joshua Tree National Park and some local box canyons. After the HFH stint, the team will drive to the Grand Canyon in Arizona for the rim-to-rim hike.

  • COST: $1200 USD

This includes airfare, accommodation, rental vehicles, fuel, national park fees and groceries for most meals, as well as a donation to Habitat for Humanity. Does not include meals eaten in restaurants, nor personal purchases.

A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit (minimum $100) will reserve a spot on the team. We are hoping to finalize the roster by Sept 20th. Full payment payable to TWU will be due by Nov. 1st 2018.
