We’re excited to also announce the upcoming opening of “The Well,” a dedicated relaxation space just across the hall from the Wellness Centre on the 2nd floor in Douglas Centre. You’ll be able to access TruMedic massage chairs, a light therapy lamp (helpful during out grey winter months), and other activities to help you relax, reconnect with what’s important, feel rejuvenated, and discover your inner resilience. We also will be offering a variety of short-term groups or afternoon workshops on a variety of topics. We’ll be adding new things throughout the year as we develop the space, so be sure to check it out often! Learn how to take charge of your anxiety instead of it taking charge of you. You’ll learn about how anxiety works, what it means, and most importantly, steps and strategies for recognizing and reducing its effects in your life.

This group is free and open to all TWU students.
