ANXIETY and stress support group

Mondays, 7:00 - 8:30 pm |  Starting Oct 21st (runs until November 25th)

We'll explore tools that can empower you to: recognize and cope with anxiety and stress, challenge your inner critic, and question negative core beliefs about yourself. 

This group is free and open to all TWU students.
