People & Culture Service Model

With a vision to strengthen relationships and provide the best service possible to the Trinity Western University (TWU) community, the People & Culture (P&C) team leverages a customer-focused service model. Each P&C Generalist or P&C Business Partner will provide employees with end-to-end P&C services ranging from meeting day-to-day P&C needs to strategic advising. This customer-oriented approach enables easy and ready access to all P&C services through a primary contact person. The goal is to have the P&C team members serve and grow together with each business group.
