I have had the joy of participating in organizational improvements all over the globe, including efforts in three provinces, 38 states, and 15 countries.

Matt offers his students a unique teaching perspective, combining 25 years of organizational operations management experience and 27 years of church leadership. He currently serves as the pastor of a small church north of Arlington, WA. Matt continues to occasionally consult with organizations, centering on layout and flow, process improvements, and human resource development.
