Teams build a communal identity and thus create a common experience. “Building together” brings unique individuals and fits them together to create a unified whole thereby strengthening how they work together.

Setting & reaching goals

Setting and achieving goals are the core of each Omada experience. Completions of creative and difficult tasks represent each group’s work and project. In the same way, Omada participants are constantly prompted to set and meet goals as a group throughout a variety of activities.

Reflection & remembrance

Skilled facilitation fosters reflection and lasting impact. Omada’s experiential learning model includes team reflection, helping participants identify key lessons and create meaningful symbols to enhance workplace collaboration, ensuring their Omada experience continues to influence team dynamics and performance.
