Biography

Hometown: Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands (US territory)

Q: What excites you the most about campus life?

After living in different apartments throughout my adult life, I realized that living on campus is so unique in that nowhere else can you be more easily connected to your neighbours and have such shared experiences with those living in the same building as you. This makes me super excited for students to experience the connections and community that come from campus life!

Q: What do you like to do in your free time?

You can find this island boy either in a body of water or with a camera in hand (rarely both at the same time but also not entirely impossible).

Q: What is the best book you’ve ever read?

The Return of the Prodigal Son by Henri Nouwen (but my most prized possession in the form of a photo book is my Frank Ocean ‘Boy’s Don’t Cry ’magazine).

Q: What is your favourite spot on campus?

GEO Lounge in the day, Outdoor Amphitheatre at night.
