Discussions centre around understanding culture, ethics, and global sustainability that relate to being a responsible and ethical global citizen.

This understanding of what we term consumer behavior is a fundamental key to all marketing decisions and programs as we seek to explore the psychology of the entire buying process from awareness of need to post-purchase evaluation. Students are exposed to numerous theories from psychology, sociology, economics, education, and marketing to explain why and how consumers buy the products and services they do.
