Through coaching, experiential learning, resources, and industry connections, we create meaningful opportunities for students to discover who they are, what they value, and how they are called to contribute to the world. Shaped by design thinking, we equip students to build meaningful careers over time through reflection, experimentation, relationships, and knowledge.
Grounded in a Christian liberal arts education, our integrated framework of support encourages students to articulate the value they bring to the workforce by clearly communicating not only the knowledge and experiences they have gained, but also the skills and competencies they have developed, showcasing the aspects employers seek most.
