CHAPEL TEAM COORDINATORS

Approx. 15 hrs/week

Chapel Team Coordinators help to plan and lead the musical aspects of chapel (Monday-Friday morning from 11-11:30 AM in the gym). Each coordinator is responsible to lead a music team through regular rehearsals and times of relational/spiritual refreshment. Coordinators also prepare music, Scripture readings, and prayers for the chapel events for which she/he is responsible. Ideal candidates for these roles love Jesus, manifest a life of worship, have a strong musical background, and are relational and organized. While not a prerequisite, it is an asset to have completed WRSH 101 (Worship Foundations) and/or to have some previous worship leading experience.

MEDIA COORDINATOR

Approx. 15 hrs/week

The Media Coordinator works alongside the Sound Coordinator to keep the technical aspects of our campus worship experiences (Chapel and Sunday Night Alive) running smoothly. Together these two leaders coordinate a volunteer Sound & Media Team that runs multimedia and lighting equipment, mixes sound, and helps with the setup, take-down, and regular maintenance of various audio/visual equipment. Ideal candidates for this role love Jesus, have strong people skills, are good with computers, and have an eye for visual design. Familiarity with projection software (ProPresenter, EasyWorship, PowerPoint, etc.) is an asset.

PRAYER TEAM COORDINATOR

Approx. 10 hrs/week

The Prayer Team Coordinator facilitates weekly prayer meetings on campus, coordinates an intercessory prayer team for our daily chapel events, and seeks to partner with other on-campus groups and ministries to provide prayer support and training opportunities. This person also recruits and trains a “core team” who will assist in discernment and planning. Ideal candidates love Jesus, manifest a life of prayer and intercession, and love to learn. Experience facilitating group prayer is an asset.

GRAPHIC DESIGN AND SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR

Approx. 15 hrs/week

The Graphic Design and Social Media Coordinator promotes campus prayer, arts, and worship events through graphic design and social media engagement. This person recruits and equips a student Creative Team and is responsible for delivering chapel posters, consistent and compelling Instagram and Facebook posts, and capturing TWU worship moments through photography and videography. Ideal candidates for this role love Jesus, have strong graphic design, social media, and writing skills, love helping people to connect with each other, and are personable, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.

SOUND COORDINATOR

Approx. 15 hrs/week

The Sound Coordinator works alongside the Media Coordinator to keep the technical aspects of our campus worship experiences (Chapel and Sunday Night Alive) running smoothly. Together these two leaders coordinate a volunteer Sound & Media Team that sets up and mixes live sound, runs multimedia and lighting equipment, and helps with the setup, take-down, and regular maintenance of various audio/visual equipment. Ideal candidates for this role love Jesus, have strong people skills, enjoy sound mixing, and have a musical ear. Previous experience with live sound mixing and/or recording (especially with digital mixing boards) is an asset.

SUNDAY NIGHT ALIVE TEAM COORDINATOR

Approx. 15 hrs/week

The Sunday Night Alive Coordinator plans and leads Sunday Night Alive (Sunday evenings from 8-9 PM in the Atrium). This leader is responsible to lead a music team through regular rehearsals and times of relational/spiritual refreshment. He/she also prepares music, Scripture readings, and prayers for each SNA event. Ideal candidates for this role loves Jesus, manifest a life of worship, and have a strong musical background. While not a prerequisite, it is an asset to have completed WRSH 101 (Worship Foundations) and/or to have some previous worship leading experience.
