Chapel Team Coordinator

Chapel Team Coordinators help to plan and lead the musical aspects of chapel (Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning from 11-11:30 AM in the gym). Each coordinator is responsible to lead a music team through regular rehearsals and times of relational/spiritual refreshment. Coordinators also prepare music, Scripture readings, and prayers for the chapel events for which she/he is responsible. Ideal candidates for these roles love Jesus, manifest a life of worship, have a strong musical background, and are relational and organized. Some previous experience in worship planning and leading is an asset. While not a prerequisite, it is an asset to have completed WRSH 101 (Worship Foundations) and/or to have some previous worship leading experience. 


Visual Media Coordinator

The Visual Media Coordinator works alongside the Sound Coordinator to keeps the technical aspects of our campus worship experiences (Chapel, Devotion and Sunday Night Alive) running smoothly. The Visual Media Coordinator works closely with the Digital Production Specialist to run multimedia, design visual elements for display at Chapel and SNA, and help with the setup, take-down, and regular maintenance of various audio/visual equipment. Ideal candidates for this role love Jesus, have strong people skills, are good with computers, and have an eye for visual design. Familiarity with projection software (Proclaim, PowerPoint, etc.) is an asset. 


Setup & Teardown Coordinator

The Setup & Teardown Coordinator oversees the construction and deconstruction of all Chapel and Sunday Night Alive stage setups, recruiting a team of student volunteers to arrive early and/or stay late, as needed, to construct and deconstruct the various A/V and mechanical needs; i.e., stage and bleacher preparation, microphone stand arrangement, attendance counting, light placement, etc. Ideal candidates for this role love Jesus, work well in a collaborative team environment, communicate clearly, and possess the ability to work calmly and quickly under pressure.  


Breathe Chapel Coordinator 

The Breathe Chapel Coordinator plans and leads the musical aspects of Breathe Chapel (2-4x each month on select weekdays, 11am). The Breathe Coordinator is responsible for leading a music team through regular rehearsals and times of relational/spiritual refreshment. Each coordinator also prepares music, Scripture readings, and prayers for the chapel events for which she/he is responsible. Ideal candidates for these roles love Jesus, manifest a life of worship, and have a strong musical background. Some previous experience in worship planning and leading is an asset. 


Sunday Night Alive Coordinator

The Sunday Night Alive Coordinator plans and leads Sunday Night Alive (Sunday evenings from 8-9 PM in RGK  the Atrium). This leader is responsible to lead a music team through regular rehearsals and times of relational/spiritual refreshment. They also prepare music, Scripture readings, and prayers for each SNA event. Ideal candidates for this role love Jesus, manifest a life of worship, and have a strong musical background. Some previous experience in worship planning and leading is an asset.
