Trinity Western University is excited to welcome high school counsellors to our beautiful campus for a free workshop. This event is co-sponsored by NACCAP (North American Coalition for Christian Admission Professionals) and Trinity Western University in Langley, British Columbia. 

Selected counsellors from Christian high schools across the country are invited to join us for two days of professional development, campus engagement, and meaningful fellowship.

Please note: Space is limited to 20 participants. Preference will be given to counsellors within Canada and Washington state. Due to the limited space available, Trinity Western University reserves the right to select participants.

Attendance for this event is by application only. If you're interested in joining us, please fill out the interest form below. You will be contacted no later than December 1, 2025, if you are selected to attend.

As a “thank you” for visiting us, Trinity Western University will provide up to a $400 travel reimbursement on economy airfare or, if you're driving, mileage reimbursement. Local hotel accommodations, meals, and shuttle transportation to and from Abbotsford or Vancouver International Airport and campus will be provided by the university. You will be hosted in a double-occupancy hotel room, free of charge, on Thursday night. If you prefer a private room, you will be asked to pay the difference.
