Women’s Wellbeing Panel – Richmond
In conjunction with International Women's Day, the Wellness Centre is hosting an engaging panel featuring health and mental health experts who will explore the unique challenges women face throughout the lifecycle.
Panelists will share insights drawn from research as well as their own lived experiences, offering a thoughtful and practical discussion for attendees. This event is open to staff, faculty, and students, and there will be a time for interacting with resources and activities after the panel.
