To work in Canada under a study permit, you must meet the conditions set by IRCC for study permit holders.
It is important to understand that each student has a unique study permit with different study permit conditions and academic status. This workshop topic focuses on how to maintain your immigration status as a student permit holder eligible to work while studying at TWU. You will gain insights into on-campus, off-campus, and CO-OP work eligibility as a study permit holder during your studies and any regularly scheduled breaks to meet IRCC requirements.
If your questions are not addressed during the workshop, you can book one-on-one follow-up sessions with a TWU Immigration Advisor (RCIC/RISIA).
Workshop Speaker: Regulated International Student Immigration Advisor (RISIA)/Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC)
