Day 1: Welcome incoming undergraduate class of 2025-26! This is your first day of Orientation Week, where you will be introduced to the wider community of Trinity Western University. Join our community today!

| 10 a.m.–12 p.m. | International Student Orientation | Global Lounge | Welcome all new international students to Canada! This session is for you to get settled into Canada and cover topics like bank accounts, cell phone plans, public transportation etc. |
| Vendor Fair | For all international students wanting to work in Canada while studying, this is an essential session for you to attend. Registration needed for your Social Insurance Number (SIN): SIN Appointment Booking Page | ||
| 10 a.m.–2 p.m. | Information Zone | Various Locations | All new, incoming students, we are excited to welcome you to the community at TWU! This is a time where you can learn about different opportunities available on campus and connect. |

| 2–3 p.m. | Mandatory Foundations Groups & Group Photo | Hanson Garden Chapel | This is the first time you will meet your Foundation Group, your freshman family at TWU, and begin building your connections. |
| Parents Session | KUHN 115/116 | For parents who weren’t able to make the first Parents Session, this Parents Session is for you. | |
| 3–4 p.m. | Presidential Welcome & Deans' Ice Cream Social (For all new students and parents) | Hanson Garden Chapel | Join us as President Todd Martin welcomes you to the community. This is also a great chance to meet with your deans and have some ice cream! |
| 5–6:30 p.m. | Dinner | Main Cafeteria | Meal cards will be activated beginning with this meal. |
| 7–8:15 p.m. | Residence Building Social | Respective Dorms | All resident students, join your peers for a fun evening of games, snacks, and socializing with fellow building-mates! |
Day 2: Continue getting connected as you join us for the morning worship service and our Square Dance to end the day. Get ready to dive into the community and start building your home away from home.

DAY 3: Start feeling equipped with our University Life session in the morning with a bit of fun with the Dye Dash! Residents, this will be your first dorm meeting with your dorm.

| 1–2:15 p.m. | Foundations/Transfer Groups & Academic Technology Session | Section A-E: Block Hall (President Todd Martin) Section F-L: DeVries Auditorium (Rob Rhea, PhD) | Attend these sessions and hear from President Todd Martin, or Dr. Rob Rhea, our VP of Student Life. Make sure you bring your laptop to attend this essential session addressing technology related to your academics afterwards. |

DAY 4: Today’s all about diving into the community—start strong with mandatory group sessions, then explore your passions at the Student Life Expo. Recharge with the TWUSA (TWU Student Association) BBQ and end the day with a meaningful candlelight worship to reflect and recharge.

DAY 5: The The long-awaited first day of classes! Start with Convocation to set the tone, grab your textbooks at the sale, get inspired by amazing acts at Spartan Spectacular, and don’t forget the mandatory dorm meeting to get settled and connected.

| 6–9 p.m. | Spartan Spectacular | David E. Enarson Gymnasium | If you are a Spartan athlete, join the Spartan Spectacular! Spartan Athletics hosts their annual Department Kick-off to another season with a delicious meal and entertainment for all Spartan athletes, coaches and staff! |
